Purpose of information collection :
TWEST is a part of a wider church organization including the Ontario Conference. 
The information requested in this member survey will assist us to better serve you by providing relevant services and programs.

For example: 
•    Age demographic will assist us in gauging if our church congregation is growing, aging, or dying.
•    Marital status data will assist us in determining what programs are needed: single programs, marriage seminars, divorce coping strategies and/or family grief management etc.
•    How you became a member assists us in identifying the growth of our church. Is our growth due to baptisms, transferals or return of former members through profession of faith or rebaptism.

•    Your birthdate and anniversary allow us to celebrate and commemorate your special day.

The data is sent to the clerks email and the admin person are the only members at Toronto West SDA that have access to this informaition being updated to Church Windows. The collected information is also stored on eAdventist. The data will remain on file until the person moves away and request their membership or has passed away.
