This book highlights some challenges of mental illness, as well as offering education and creating awareness about any stigmas through the guidance of God’s words. It will help individuals to learn how to find joy in all things with God.By the help of God, this book is used to guide young people and adults to a better path in life, where they can find hope and understand their purpose. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I would also like to see more mental health support available for young people.
